Charging System Inspection
Inspection Condition	(+) Probe		(-) Probe		Specification
Inspection Condition	connector	Terminal	connector	Terminal	Specification
Ignition "ON". Start the engine and turn the headlight, rear window defogger and all other electrical devices. Measure voltage between (+) terminal and (-) terminal of battery while maintaining engine RPM at 2500RPM.	Battery	(+) Terminal	Battery	(-) Terminal	11.5 to 14.5V

ESC Circuit Inspection
Inspection Condition	(+) Probe		(-) Probe		Specification
Inspection Condition	connector	Terminal	connector	Terminal	Specification
Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	ESC connector	1, 25, 29 (power)	Chassis ground	-	B+
	ESC connector	13, 38 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

Go to "Component Inspection " procedure.

No Good

Repair open or short in circuit and then go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
