DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Internal monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty yaw rate & G sensor
  • Faulty ACU
  • Faulty ESC
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • No related DTC is stored
Threshold Value
  • In case that the rolling count from sensor is inconsecutive more than 50 times
  • In case that the fail information from sensor is true specific number of times (in case of MCU fail or checksum that effects total sensor, Yaw/Ay/G-Sensor fault is detected)
Disable Condition
  • Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
Warning Lamp
  • In case 4WD
  • ESC/DBC/AVH warning lamp "ON"
  • DBC warning lamp is applied: ESC(ESP) warning lamp "OFF", DBC warning lamp "ON"
  • DBC warning lamp is not applied: ESC(ESP) warning lamp "ON", DBC warning lamp "OFF"
