DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Data status receiving from TP
  • Faulty TP
CAUTION: If there are two TP together and approach at the antenna coil, DTC will set
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Normal battery voltage is 9 to 16V
Threshold Value
  • No TP
  • More than 2 TP
Detecting Time
  • Immediately
Erase Condition
  • Active DTC Erasing
    1. Normal transponder searching
  • History and active DTC erasing
    1. Ignition "OFF" → "ON" 30 times
    2. DTC erasing with KDS
    3. Normal key registration completed
