DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the voltage of the bumper antenna
  • Poor connector connection and wiring
  • Open or short circuit of the bumper antenna
  • Faulty the bumper antenna
  • Faulty the IBU
Enable Condition
  • Normal battery voltage condition (9 to 16V)
  • The vehicle speed is lower than 3km/h
Threshold Value
  • Short or open circuit of the bumper antenna to the power or the ground
Detecting Time
  • Immediately
DTC Erasing Time
  • No history DTC (only active DTC)
Failsafe
  • Trunk/Tailgate open with RKE function
