DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check LIN signal
  1. Poor connection
  2. LIN circuit is open or short to battery/ground
  3. Faulty door sound mood lamp
  4. Faulty sound mood lamp (SML) unit
Enable Conditions
  • Connecting the LIN circuit and connecting the corresponding node
Threshold Value
  • Detecting DTC by monitoring LIN communication data (0: normal, 1: error)
Symptom
  • LIN communication failure
Repair Action
  • Connect SML LIN
