DTC B1381-00: Side Airbag Front-Driver Resistance Circuit Short To Battery: General Description
The Side Airbag (SAB) located in driver and passenger seats protects passenger's head and shoulder.
The SAB consist of air bag and inflator.
Air bag reduces impact of collision by filling up with gas.
Inflator keeps gas and uses it to deploy air bag on collision.
CAUTION:
Never measure resistance of airbag directly, Current of measuring device may cause unexpected airbag deploy.
