Repair Procedures: Replacement

Information 

• When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
• Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces without marring the surface.
• Be careful not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

1. Remove the floor console assembly.

   (Refer to Floor Console - "FLOOR CONSOLE ASSEMBLY ")

2. Remove the cluster fascia panel.

   (Refer to Floor Console - "CLUSTER FASCIA PANEL ")

3. Remove the glove box housing.

   (Refer to Crash Pad - "GLOVE BOX HOUSING ")

4. Remove the center fascia panel and center fascia lower panel.

   (Refer to Crash Pad - "CENTER FASCIA PANEL ")

5. Disconnect the smart antenna connector (A).

6. Separate the crash pad center panel (A) after loosening the nuts & screw.

7. Disconnect the start/stop button connector (A).

8. Install in the reverse order of removal.

   Information 

   • Make sure that the connectors are connected in properly.
   • Replace any damaged clips.
