Circuit Inspection

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 Input speed sensor connector 3 (power) Chassis ground - Approx. 9.1V
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  2. Ignition "ON".
 Input speed sensor connector 5 (signal) Chassis ground - Approx. 0V
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 Input speed sensor connector 5 (signal) Input speed sensor connector 1, 3 (power) ∞ (infinity)Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 Input speed sensor connector 5 (signal) Chassis ground - ∞ (infinity)Ω
