DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring maximum length of left/right gear shift motor2
  • Faulty gear actuator assembly
  • Faulty DCT
  • Mechanical failure on gear2 shift direction
Enable Condition
  • Gear shift motor2 hall sensor is normal when reference point is found during engine cranking
Threshold Value
  • Maximum motion of gear shift motor2 is less than 19.4 mm or greater than 22 mm
Detecting Time
  • 3 events
Fail Safe
  • Drive at odd gear
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
