Monitor KDS Data

  1. Connect KDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Ignition "ON" & Engine "ON"
  3. Drive Vehicle in accordance with figure below.
  4. Monitor "Select Lever (from TGS CAN Line)", "Select Lever (from Inhibitor Switch)" and "Current Gear" parameters in A/T system "Current Data" with KDS.

    Specification:  Refer to Figure below

  5. Is parameter displayed within specification?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Check for Engine related DTC and perform applicable troubleshooting and then re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
    • If Engine related DTCs are corrected and the problem still occurs, go to "TERMINAL AND CONNECTOR INSPECTION " procedure.
