Hall Signal Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF"
- Refer to "GEAR ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY " and disconnect Gear Shift Actuator connector.
- Ignition "ON"
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 9, 12, 15 (Hall Signal) terminal of Gear Shift Actuator harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 4.6V
- Is measured value within specification?
YES
- If problem still occurs, replace "Gear Shift Actuator" and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Repair open or short in signal circuit between Gear Shift Actuator and TCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
