Repair Procedures: Installation

WARNING:
- Do not use already used injector fixing clip again.
- Install the component with the specified torques.
- Note that internal damage may occur when the component is dropped. In this case, use it after inspecting.
- Apply engine oil to the injector O-ring.
- Do not use already used injector O-ring again.
- Do not use already used bolt again.
- When insert the injector, be careful not to damage the injector tip.
- Do not reuse the high pressure fuel pipe.
WARNING:
- When fastening the fuel delivery pipe mounting bolts, fully hand-tighten first, and then tighten in the proper sequence ((2) → (3) → (1) → (4)) in several cycles up to the specified torque.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
