Cooling Fan Assembly

  1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
  2. Remove the air duct.

    (Refer to Intake and Exhaust - "AIR CLEANER ")

  3. Disconnect the fan motor connector (A).

  4. Remove the radiator lower hose clip mounting bolt (A).

    Tightening torque: 

    5.9 - 8.3 N.m (0.6 - 0.8 kgf.m, 4.4 - 6.1 lb.ft)

  5. Remove the cooling fan (A) from the radiator.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
