Disassembly And Reassembly

  1. Remove the insulator cap (A).

  2. Using the SST (09546-3X100), loosen the self locking nut.

    Tightening torque: 

    29.4 N.m (3.0 kgf.m, 21.7 lb.ft)

    NOTE: Do not reuse the self locking nut.
  3. Remove the insulator (A), bumper rubber (B) and dust cover (C) from the shock absorber (D).

  4. Reassembly is the reverse of the disassembly.
