Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION: Put on gloves to protect your hands.

Information 

  1. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the front door scuff trim (A).

  2. Loosen the screw and remove the hood latch release handle (A).

  3. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the cowl side trim (A).

  4. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover [LH] (A).

  5. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the crash pad lower panel (A).

  6. Disconnect the crash pad lower switch connectors (A).

  7. Loosen the mounting screw and remove the crash pad garnish [LH] (A).

  8. Disconnect the crash pad side switch connectors (A).

  9. Remove the crash pad side air vent duct [LH] (A).

  10. Remove the center fascia panel (A).

  11. Using a screwdriver or remover, separate the steering column shroud upper panel (A).

  12. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the cluster fascia panel (A).

  13. Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Information 

    • Make sure the connector are connected in properly.
    • Replace any damaged clips.
