DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check voltage
  1. Short to ground in Passenger Airbag harness.
  2. Poor connection between shorting bar and release pin.
  3. Faulty Passenger airbag Active vent
  4. Check SRSCM
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • PAB Active vent line voltage < 0.9V (Battery voltage 8.0~16.0V)

  • 4s
De-Qualification
  • 8s
MIL ON Condition
  • MIL ON
