Check for open in harness

  1. Ignition "OFF"
  2. Disconnect LH/RH EPB actuator and HECU connector.
  3. Measure the resistance between Pin No. 2 (Motor +) terminal of LH EPB Actuator harness connector and Pin No. 13 (LH Motor +) terminal of HECU harness connector.
  4. Measure the resistance between Pin No. 1 (Motor -) terminal of LH EPB Actuator harness connector and Pin No. 12 (LH Motor -) terminal of HECU harness connector.
  5. Measure the resistance between Pin No. 2 (Motor +) terminal of RH EPB Actuator harness connector and Pin No. 2 (RH Motor +) terminal of HECU harness connector.
  6. Measure the resistance between Pin No. 1 (Motor -) terminal of RH EPB Actuator harness connector and Pin No. 3 (RH Motor -) terminal of HECU harness connector.

    Specification:  Approx. 1Ω

  7. Is measured within specification?

    YES 

    NO
