Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "ON".
TCM connector 30 (H-CAN high) Chassis ground - Fig.1
TCM connector 31 (H-CAN low) Chassis ground -
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
ECM connector (component side) 56 (H-CAN high) ECM connector (component side) 78 (H-CAN low) Approx. 120Ω
BMS connector (component side) 5 (H-CAN high) BMS connector (component side) 6 (H-CAN low) Approx. 120Ω

Module Circuit Inspection
Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
HCU connector 4, 5, 6 (Memory power) Chassis ground - Approx. 12V
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
HCU connector 73 (ON/Start Input) Chassis ground - Approx. 12V
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
HCU connector 1, 2, 3 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
TCM connector 30 (H-CAN high) HCU connector 81 (H-CAN high) Approx. below 1Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
TCM connector 31 (H-CAN low) HCU connector 82 (H-CAN low) Approx. below 1Ω
