Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION:

NOTE:

When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover [RH] (A).

Loosen the glove box housing mounting bolts (A).

After loosening the mounting screws, remove the crash pad lower panel (A) using a screw driver.

Disconnect the glove box lamp connector (A).

Remove the glove box housing mounting clip (A).

Information
- When installing glove box housing, be sure to insert lock pin (A) into wiring tape (B).

Install in the reverse order of removal.
Information
- Make sure that the connectors are connected properly.
- Replace any damaged clips.
