DTC C2202-01: Latching Failure/Mechanics: General Description

In Electric Parking Brake (EPB) systems, the control (operating) force is generated by an electric drive. Operation and control are applied electrically by means of a switch. The EPB can only be operated when the vehicle is stationary.
