INSPECTION PART - BRAKE SWITCH INSPECTION

Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON"	Brake switch Connector	3 (light switch power)	Chassis ground	-	B+
	Brake switch Connector	1 (test switch power)	Chassis ground	-	B+
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component and IBAU.	Brake switch Connector	4 (light switch signal)	IBAU Connector	36 (light switch signal)	Below 1Ω
	Brake switch Connector	2 (test switch signal)	IBAU Connector	44 (test switch signal)	Below 1Ω

Good	Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
No Good	Repair open or short in circuit and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
