DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Faulty ECM/PCM
Enable Condition
  • Ignition switch "ON"
  • No network bus off condition
Threshold Value
  • Abnormal EMS CAN message (Engine torque, F-SUB_TQI, TPS, APS, and PV_AV_CAN) is received under driving condition
Disable Condition
  • Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
Warning Lamp
  • ESC (ESP) Warning Indicator Lamp "ON"
