Ground Circuit Inspection

Ignition "OFF".
Disconnect Passenger side Body sensor ECU connector.
Measure Voltage between Pin No. 4 (Ground) terminal of the Passenger side Body sensor ECU harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: 1Ω below

Is the measured resistance within specification?
YES
- Go to "CAN communication Line signal waveform Inspection " procedure.
NO
- Check for open/short in harness.
- Repair as necessary and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
