Main harness Circuit Inspection

Ignition "OFF"
Disconnect the battery (-) cable and wait at least for one minute.
Disconnect Anchor Pretensioner Front-Passenger connector.
Ignition "ON"
Measure signal waveform between Pin No. 1 (High) terminal of the Anchor Pretensioner Front-Passenger Resistance Circuit Short to Battery harness connector and chassis ground.
Measure signal waveform between Pin No. 2 (Low) terminal of the Anchor Pretensioner Front-Passenger Resistance Circuit Short to Battery harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Refer the specifications in Fig 1)

Is the measured signal waveform within specifications?
YES
- Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
- If problem still occurs, replace SRSCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Thoroughly check all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.
- Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
- If problem still occurs, replace SRSCM main harness and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
