Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
Case 1 DTC Strategy
  • Signal check, high
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short to power in signal circuit
  3. MAPS
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed greater than 80RPM
Threshold Value
  • Sensor voltage greater than 4.8V
Case 2 DTC Strategy
  • Out-of-range high
Enable Conditions
  • -
Threshold Value
  • MAP greater than 110kPa (1.1bar/15.95psi)
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 3 driving cycles
