Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Compare with model
  1. Poor connection
  2. MAPS
Enable Conditions
  • Intake manifold pressure greater than 10kPa (0.1bar/1.45psi) and under 110kPa (1.1bar/15.95psi)
Threshold Value Case 1
  • Difference of MAP and Model MAP (High side) greater than 2.5kPa (0.025bar/0.36psi)
Case 2
  • Difference of MAP and Model MAP (Low side) less than -2.5kPa (-0.025bar/-0.36psi)
Diagnostic Time
  • Immediate
MIL ON Condition
  • 3 driving cycles
