DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy Case 1
  • Test is failed if tank vacuum exceeds
  1. Poor connection
  2. CCV
Case 2
  • Test is failed if unfiltered tank vacuum exceeds
Enable Conditions Case 1
  • Engine "ON"
  • Restricted path test time is less than 120s
Case 2
  • Tank pressure sensor auto zero complete
  • Fuel level in range for small leak test
Threshold Value Case 1
  • Tank vacuum is greater than 3487.24Pa
  • Fail timer is greater than 5s
  • Purge flow target rate is 0.1499g/s
  • Vacuum integral is less than 400 Count.
Case 2
  • Vacuum unfiltered vacuum is greater than 3487.24Pa for 2s
  • Filtered tank vacuum is greater than 3487.24Pa

  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 3 driving cycles
