Double Clutch Transmission (DCT) Mounting Bracket

Remove the air duct and air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Intake and Exhaust System - "AIR CLEANER ")
Remove the battery.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "BATTERY ")
Remove the engine control module (ECM).
(Refer to Engine/Fuel System - "ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM) ")
Remove the battery tray.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "BATTERY ")
Remove the engine room under cover.
(Refer to Engine and Transmission Assembly - "ENGINE ROOM UNDER COVER ")
Install the jack to the edge of double clutch transmission.
NOTE: Insert the rubber block between jack and double clutch transmission.
Remove the service cover (A).

Remove the double clutch transmission mounting support bracket bolt (A).
Tightening torque:

107.9 - 127.5 N.m (11.0 - 13.0 kgf.m, 79.6 - 94.0 lb.ft)

NOTE: Always use a new bolts.
Remove the transmission support bracket (A).
Tightening torque:

58.9 - 78.5 N.m (6.0 - 8.0 kgf.m, 43.4 - 57.9 lb.ft)

Remove the air cleaner bracket (A).
Tightening torque:

7.8 - 9.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.0 kgf.m, 5.8 - 7.2 lb.ft)
Remove the dual clutch transmission mounting bracket (B).
Tightening torque:

68.6 - 88.3 N.m (7.0 - 9.0 kgf.m, 50.6 - 65.1 lb.ft)

Install in the reverse order of removal.
