Air Bleeding Tool Installation Procedure

CAUTION:
To ensure technician safety and prevent damage to the brake fluid reservoir; adjust the air pressure on the air bleeding tool (09580-3D100) gauge to the standard value: 0.3 ~ 0.5MPa (43.5 ~ 72.5psi) before installing.
- Before installing the air bleeding tool (09580-3D100) on the vehicle, close the air shut-off valve (A) to adjust the pressure gauge to the standard value: 0.3 ~ 0.5MPa (43.5 ~ 72.5psi).
CAUTION: To prevent injury to technician, make sure that the plug (B) is installed correctly.
- After connecting the air hose to air bleeding tool, open the air shut-off valve (A) and adjust the pressure gauge (B) to the standard value: 0.3 ~ 0.5MPa (43.5 ~ 72.5psi).
Standard pressure value: 0.3 ~ 0.5MPa (43.5 ~ 72.5psi)
- Close the air shut-off valve (A) and then remove the plug (B).
CAUTION: To prevent injury to technician, make sure that the air shut-off valve is closed, then remove the plug.
- Remove the brake reservoir cap.
- Install the cap (A) of air bleeding tool (0k585-E8100) on the reservoir.
- Make sure the check valve (A) is closed and connect air bleeding tool (09580-3D100) (A) to the adapter (B).
