Roof Trim Replacement
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
CAUTION:
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.
- Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
- Remove the following items:
- Front seat assembly
(Refer to "Front Seat ")
- Rear seat assembly
(Refer to "Rear Seat ")
- Front pillar trim
(Refer to "Interior Trim ")
- Front door scuff trim & Rear door scuff trim
(Refer to "Interior Trim ")
- Canter pillar lower trim
(Refer to "Interior Trim ")
- Canter pillar upper trim
(Refer to "Interior Trim ")
- Rear pillar trim
(Refer to "Interior Trim ")
- Package tray trim
(Refer to "Interior Trim ")
- Sunvisor
- Vanity lamp
- Room lamp
- Assist handle
- Overhead console
- Windshield glass
(Refer to "Windshield Glass ")
- Front seat assembly
- Remove the ECM mirror cover (A).
- Disconnect the ECM mirror connector (B).
- Remove the rain sensor cover (A).
- Disconnect the rain sensor connector (B).
- Disconnect the roof trim main connectors (A).
Driver's
Passenger's
- Disconnect the antenna connector (A).
- Disconnect the connector (A).
- Using a clip remover, detach the roof trim assembly mounting clips.
- Pull back the roof trim assembly (A) through the place where the windshield glass was removed.CAUTION:
- Take care not to damage the roof trim when removing.
- Installation is the reverse of removal.NOTE:
- Replace any damaged clips.
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
