Repair Procedures: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Disconnect the 12V battery negative cable.
  2. Remove the under cover (A).

    Tightening torque: 

    7.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (0.8 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)

  3. Drain the coolant of hybrid motor cooling system.

    (Refer to COOLANT .)

  4. Remove the front bumper.

    (Refer to FRONT BUMPER .)

  5. Remove the head ramp.

    (Refer to HEAD LAMPS .)

  6. Remove the air guards (A).

  7. Disconnect the inverter radiator upper hose (A) and lower hose (B).
  8. Unfasten the front bumper frame mounting bolts (C).
  9. Remove the inverter radiator (D) from the radiator assembly.
