Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) with Canister Control Valve (CCV) closed and Purge Control Solenoid Valve (PCSV) open
  1. Fuel Filler Cap missing
  2. Leakage in each hose/fuel filler pipe
  3. Leakage in CCV/Canister/Fuel tank
Enable Conditions
  • CCV Close
  • PCSV Open
  • Common conditions for evap. system monitoring
Threshold value
  • Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) greater than -1000Pa
Diagnosis Time
  • 15s
MIL On Condition
  • 3 driving cycles
