Control Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "OFF" & Disconnect PCSV connector.
  2. Ignition "ON"
  3. Measure voltage between Pin No. 2 (Control) terminal of PCSV harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  Approx. 3.5V

  4. Ignition "OFF" & Disconnect PCM connector.
  5. Measure resistance between Pin No. 2 (Control) terminal of PCSV harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  ∞

  6. Measure resistance between Pin No. 1 (Power) and Pin No. 2 (Control) of the PCSV.

    Specification:  ∞

  7. Is the measured Value within specification?

    YES 

    NO
