Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION: Put on gloves to protect your hands.
NOTE:
  • When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
  • Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces without marring the surface.
  • Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
  1. Remove the air duct (A) after loosening the mounting bolts.

  2. Loosen the radiator upper cover mounting clips.

  3. Loosen the front bumper lower mounting clips.

  4. Separate the bumper side after loosening the mounting screw and clips.
    CAUTION: Remove the front bumper by pulling up the side of the front bumper and then pull it out.

  5. Disconnect the front bumper main connector (A).

  6. Remove the front bumper cover (A).

  7. Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Information 

    • Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
    • Replace any damaged clips.
