Monitor GDS Data

  1. Connect Data Link Connector(DLC) to GDS.
  2. Check "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" about ESC using GDS.

  3. ESC system about related DTC exist?

    YES 

    • Repair according to DTC diagnostic guide of ESC system.

    NO 

  4. Check the "Current Data" about related DTC with GDS(ESC).

  5. Are the parameters displayed correctly?

    YES 

    • Fault might be intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or ECU's connector or was repaired and ECU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification Of Vehicle Repair " procedure.

    NO 

    • Go to Terminal And Connector Inspection procedure below.
