DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  1. Defective CAN communication leads
  2. Faulty TCU System
Enable conditions
  • IG ON
  • Battery voltage is between 9V ~ 16V
  • Proper CAN bus function
Threshold value
  • Abnormal EMS CAN message (RPM, brake pedal signal, etc) transmitted for 0.5 second
Fail Safe
  • Automatic release function inhibited
