DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN message monitoring
  1. Defective CAN communication leads
  2. Faulty EMS System
Enable conditions
  • IG ON
  • Battery voltage is between 9V ~ 16V
  • Proper CAN bus function
Threshold value
  • EMS (RPM, brake applied signal etc) message is not received for 0.5 second
Fail Safe
  • Automatic release function inhibited
