Check EPB Switch

Ignition "OFF".
Disconnect EPB Switch.

Measure resistance between EPB Switch terminals.

measure 1	measure SW1 & SW4	connected	not connected
measure 2	Measure SW2 & SW3	not connected	connected

Is the measured value within specification?
YES
- This fault may be intermittently caused by poor connection in the EPB switch. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
- This DTC may be intermittently caused by an unusual operation of EPB switch.
  (Excessive switch operation, pulled or pushed for 90 seconds or slow switch control)
NO
- Substitute with a known-good EPB Switch and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace EPB Switch and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
