Signal Circuit Inspection

Ignition "OFF" & Disconnect EPB Switch connector.
Ignition "ON".
Measure voltage between pin No. 3 (or pin No. 4, No. 5, No. 6) ground terminal of EPB Switch harness connector and chassis ground
Specification: See Illustration Below

EPB Switch - Max: Approx. 9.5V, Min: Approx. 0.5V [Duty(-) 75% ]
Is the measured value within specifications?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
