Front Bumper Cover Replacement
CAUTION:
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces to protect from marring the surface.
- Take care not to bend or scratch the cover and other parts.
- After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the engine air duct (A).
Tightening torque:
7.8 ~ 9.8 N.m (0.8 ~ 1.0 kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 7.2 lb-ft)
- Remove the mounting clips and then remove the radiator grill upper cover (A).
- Loosen the bolts (A) mounted on upper side of the front bumper.
- Loosen the mounting clips (A) and screw (B) of the front bumper side by using a clip remover.NOTE:
Replace any damaged clips.
- Remove the clips (A) mounted on lower of the front bumper.
- Remove the front bumper side (A) by pulling it carefully in the direction of arrow.NOTE:
- Remove the front bumper by pulling up the side of the front bumper and then pull it out.
CAUTION:When you pull out the front bumper, the side part of the front bumper could be damaged by the projection.
- Lift up the lower side of the front bumper cover (A).
- Disconnect the fog lamp connector (A) and front sensor connector (B).

- Lift up the lower side of the front bumper cover (A).
- Remove the front bumper cover (C) by pushing it rearward to release the locking pins (B) located upper side of the front bumper cover.

- Installation is the reverse of removal.NOTE:
- Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
- Replace any damaged clips.
