Cluster Fascia Replacement

NOTE:
  • When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
  • Put on gloves to protect your hands.
  1. Insert the Air Vent Remover (09840-1M100) into the air vent hole.

  2. Air vent remover (09840-1M100 (A)) should be aligned and hung at the end of air vent.

    CAUTION:
    • To prevent the damage of air vent, air vent remover should be aligned and hung at the end of air vent.
  3. Remove the side air vent (B) by pulling the Air Vent Remover (A).

  4. Set the air vent hole to the center with adjusting the knob.
  5. Open the air vent with adjusting the knob.
  6. Insert the Air Vent Remover (09840-1M100) into the air vent hole.

  7. Air vent remover (09840-1M100 (A)) should be aligned and hung at the end of air vent.

  8. Remove the center air vent (B) with pulling the Air Vent Remover (A).

  9. Remove the crash pad center fascia panel (A) after loosening screws.
    NOTE: Take care not to scratch the crash pad and related parts.

  10. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the crash pad center fascia panel.

  11. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the heater and A/C controller.

  12. Tilt the steering column down.
  13. After removing the screws, remove the upper shroud cover (A).
  14. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the cluster fascia panel (B).
  15. Disconnect the connector (C).

  16. After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the cluster fascia (A).

  17. Disconnect the connector (A).

  18. Installation is the reverse the removal.
    NOTE:
    • Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
