Center Fascia Panel Replacement

NOTE:
  • When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
  • Put on gloves to protect your hands.
  1. Set the air vent hole to the center with adjusting the knob.
  2. Open the air vent with adjusting the knob.
  3. Insert the Air Vent Remover (09840-1M100) into the air vent hole.

  4. Air vent remover (09840-1M100 (A)) should be aligned and hung at the end of air vent.

    CAUTION:
    • To prevent the damage of air vent, air vent remover should be aligned and hung at the end of air vent.
  5. Remove the center air vent (B) with pulling the Air Vent Remover (A).

  6. Remove the crash pad center fascia panel (A) after loosening screws.
    NOTE: Take care not to scratch the crash pad and related parts.

  7. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the crash pad center fascia panel.

  8. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the heater and A/C controller.

  9. Installation is the reverse of removal.
