General Information: General Description

The airbag warning lamp is located in the instrument cluster.

When key is in 'ignition ON' position, the SRSCM performs diagnosis of the overall airbag system. If there's no fault, the airbag warning lamp in the cluster flickers for a while, and then turns off.

The SRSCM measures the voltage of the warning lamp's out terminal, in order to check if the warning lamp is operating in accordance with the signal sent by the SRSCM.
