Repair procedures: Replacement: Removal

NOTE:

Put on gloves to protect your hands.
Use seat covers to avoid damaging any surfaces.

Remove the following items.
1. Front pillar trim, both sides.
2. Windshield wiper arms and cowl cover (Refer to page WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER ).
Remove the windshield glass molding (A) from the edge of the windshield (B). If necessary, cut the molding with a utility knife.
Remove the spacer.

Cut out the windshield sealant using the sealant cutting tool 09861-31100 (A).

Remove the windshield (A) carefully using the glass holder (B).
