Parking Brake Lever: Adjustment
- Before adjustment, start engine and depress brake pedal several times while vehicle is moving in reverse.
- Stop engine.
- Turn adjusting nut at the front of parking cable.
- After adjustment, check following items:
- Turn ignition switch ON, pull parking brake lever back one notch, and check that parking brake warning lamp illuminates.
- Verify that rear brakes do not drag.
