Disc Pad: Inspection

  1. Check for the oil or grease on the facing, abnormal wear or cracks, and deterioration or damage from heat.
  2. Measure the thickness of the lining.

    Specified thickness: 0.39 in. (10 mm) 

    Minimum: 0.08 in. (2.0 mm)

  3. Check visually for the damage or wear of the guide plate.
