DTC 58: Passenger Module Short To Battery

Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS . Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM . Disconnect ADU connector and passenger-side air bag module connector. Measure voltage between ground and ADU connector terminals No. 14 (Yellow-Brown wire) and 13 (Yellow-Blue wire). If voltage is present in either circuit, replace passenger-side air bag module wire harness. If voltage is not present in either circuit, replace passenger-side air bag module.
