Sephia & Spectra

  1. Depress clutch pedal by hand until resistance is felt. Measure clutch pedal free play. See Figure. Free play should be .12-.20" (3.0-5.1 mm). If free play is not as specified, adjust free play by loosening lock nut on clutch master cylinder push rod and turning push rod until free play is within specification.
  2. Check disengagement height from upper center of pedal pad to carpet with clutch pedal fully depressed. See Figure. Minimum disengagement height should be 1.99" (50.5 mm). Tighten lock nut on clutch pedal push rod to 104-147 INCH lbs. (12-17 N.m).
