Exhaust Manifold: Removal

Disconnect exhaust pipe from manifold. Remove exhaust manifold heat shield and engine hanger. On 1.8L engines, remove engine-to-manifold support brackets. Remove oil dipstick tube. On all engines, remove manifold bolts, exhaust manifold and gasket.
