- Speed from buffered crank signal is more than or equal to a calibrated RPM value AND not locked for calibrated amount of time.
- Fail Case 2:
- Speed from buffered crank signal is more than or equal to a calibrated RPM value AND intermittent unlocking for calibrated amount of occurrences (using count up / count down strategy to allow tolerance for intermittence)
